The reasons being: 1) No mulitasking, how can this hope to compete without this. Might be fine for the iPhone but the target audience for this device would be expected to do at least 2 things at once. 2) Lack of interfaces, no USB, no SD, no camera. 3) Still no support for Flash. Given the vast amount of sites using Flash this is a major ommission. 4) Docking station for keyboard, why bother, might as well just have a laptop/netbook. 5) The price difference for the memory models does not equate to the price of memory. Given there is no expansion slot to increase the memory Apple have probably guessed that most people will go for the minimum 32gb. More bucks for Apple !!!
